E. Todd Bennett

A seasoned litigator with over 14 years of professional experience in both general civil litigation and appellate practice, Mr. Bennett has focused exclusively on the practice of Family Law since 1995.

Mr. Bennett has successfully handled numerous complex divorce and custody disputes, and also been involved with various appeals before both the Court of Appeals and the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.

The professional organizations to which Mr. Bennett belongs are the Anne Arundel and Prince George’s County Bar Associations.

He has presented lectures for other attorneys on domestic relations issues, and has written articles and legal publications, which include:

Outside the law, Mr. Bennett is a happily married father of four wonderful children. In his spare time, Mr. Bennett enjoys song writing, guitar playing and spending quality time with his family.
