At the age of twenty-six, and only one year out of law school, Mr. Milko successfully argued before the entire Maryland Court of Special Appeals en banc in the case of North v. Throughout his 14 years of practice, Mr. Milko has handled a wide-range of family law matters at both the trial and appellate court levels, including complex child custody and visitation disputes, as well as cases involving intricate issues of marital property and alimony.
